I. Make sure you've fill the format correctly and fill it in as much detail as possible and please recheck the format before sending.
II. We run payment at first to avoid hit & run and other unwanted things. The process will start if the buyer has sent proof of payment. We also using the method of payment through DANA only.
III. You can't ask for a refund if you already send the form to our bot unless it's our fault. Please use polite language when asking or sending formats, feel free to ask us if you need some help.
IV. The processing time for your order is about 1-7 days. Orders will be processed when proof of payment is sent. If you want to do an inrush order < than 24 hours, you will be charge with IDR 3.000, inrush order < 5 hours, you will be charge with IDR 4.000 and inrush order < 1 hour will be charge with IDR 6.000. We only accept one minor revision, an additional fee will be charged IDR 1.000 if you want to do a revision mayor (more than one).
V. Our working hours are from 09:00 AM to 22:00 PM (WIB) and 10:00 AM to 23:00 PM (WITA). Buyers are allowed to send formats outside of business hours, but cannot inrush.
VI. An appeal to buyers, to fill out the form clearly and well, so that sellers understand and comply with the wishes of the buyer (it is permissible to send samples).
