⚠️ Hello everyone. Some users are still unable to complete the "Scan a Wallet" task on the CertiK Skynet platform.
When scanning a wallet, an error occurs:
"We're experiencing an unusually high volume of requests. Please try again 30 seconds later. Thank you for your understanding."

Discord recommend trying all
basic troubleshooting steps:
- Try to clear your browser's cookies/cache;
- Try to use incognito mode;
- Try to use a different browser;
- Try to use a different network connection.
However, over the past 3 days, the error has not been resolved.
We have noticed some patterns between those who succeed in scanning and those who fail:- Skynet level;
- KYC completed;
❗️ Please comment below with your Skynet level and whether you have completed KYC, along with the status of your scan.
For example:Level: 46
KYC: completed
Scan: successful
This will help us better understand the problem and attempt to find a solution.
