Here are some suggestions that might improve your experience:
1.Please do not use overly large videos; currently, we can only accept videos no longer than 30 seconds and smaller than 20MB.
2.Please use MP4 format videos and JPG format images whenever possible.
3.Avoid using videos with too high or too low frame rates; 30 frames per second is optimal.
4.Please do not use overly unclear videos and target face photos, as many face-swapping failures are due to clarity issues or the face being unrecognizable.
5.The general production time for a video is about 300 seconds. If it significantly exceeds this value, please contact us.
6.If your video consistently fails to meet requirements or has obvious issues, please stop production and contact us.
7.Any situation where the system responds with a video production failure will not deduct from the production time; only successful productions will be deducted.

We have issued compensation for video production time to all affected users in two batches:
1.From October 24, 00:00 to November 3, 15:00, all users who produced videos were compensated with 300 seconds of production time.
2.From November 3, 15:00 to November 13, 17:00, all users who produced videos were compensated with another 300 seconds of production time.
