Imagine for a second, instead of wasting more taxpayer funds, that they simply took their own accounting data before their Health directorate board, and made the decision to take responsibility.

Just release those loss-numbers with real-world explanations.

When Gov't agency and agents, State, Local, Or Federal, hire consultants,there is always an underlying reason;

They seek to deflect responsibility and/or liability.

In QLD Health's case, it's because of gross incompetence or outright corruption, as they somehow managed to produce and plan out a budget without including "Birthing suites" and Mortuary infrastructure.

Worse, imagine the lack of tracking, wherein you get to that point financially, $6 Billion, in the hole?

Well what they failed to mention is that in the Summer of this year, prior to this announcement of Bovael in the UK, Gates's Foundation bought 1,000,000 shares in the company!
