Don't worry about what's fair and don't suppose that your abstract "rights" will help you from here onwards. You should be worrying about how you're going to survive the next few years.

Your country's state government, media, education, military and law enforcement institutions are completely in the hands of your country's enemies. People who hate you and want to kill you are writing your nation's laws, controlling the information you can access, "educating" your children, giving the police and military officers their orders.
There is no official or legal route for you to utilise or depend on for your freedom or continued existence.

In the near future, I'm foreseeing a large-scale catastrophe event, like a new 9/11 which will be orchestrated by the institutions and blamed on the "far-right." It's likely to be a shooting/bombing style "attack" on random people in a popular, public place. If the institutions fail to inspire this attack organically, then they'll just carry it out themselves; attackers will be feds and presented to the public as "white supremacists".
Put it this way, I'll be really surprised if this doesn't happen. If I were the enemy its what I would do, since its the last psychological push necessary for them to move in full force against their dissidents.

After this it'll be made virtually impossible for anybody on "the right" to communicate. Apple will ban Parler & Telegram, ISP's will block Gab and bitchute, the remaining residue of independent Youtubers will be deleted and for many content creators, their primary concern in life will quickly shift from watching their view counts to avoiding being arrested or shot for one more day.

Expect concentration camps of some kind, but if you're arrested you'll be lucky to make it to one, they're more likely to take you out into the woods somewhere and shoot you. New special police units will be formed specifically for carrying out these mass arrests and shootings. Think this is paranoia or that "they wouldn't do that" or "can't do that"?
Why wouldn't they and why can't they? What do they have to fear? The law? The media? They write the laws and the news and they own the judges. From this point there's nothing stopping them from arresting and killing dissidents. Again, if I were them its what I'd do.

Political murders and disappearances will become common, they'll be happening daily and most people won't talk about it and won't be able to. Social media will swiftly censor any information anybody is trying to publish regarding murders and disappearances of dissidents and their families.

All you're going to have in the very near future is yourself and any community you can still manage to keep together; all you'll have to keep yourself alive are your own senses, your body, your mind, your weapons, your friends and family. And that's really all you've ever had from the beginning.

This is only around the next corner and thinking that this won't happen or can't happen is literally just wishful thinking at this point.
