First, you must contribute to the people around you by providing value...
Setting a good example...
Holding them to a high standard...
...and offering your support and appreciation at every opportunity you get.
Ditch the idea that you have to fuck people over to get ahead.
You can only build something truly amazing when you start contributing to the people around you.
Because when you take care of others...
They'll take care of you too.
