MORRISON’S ‘CONSISTENT NATIONAL APPROACH’.
Scott Morrison has announced that he seeks “all states and territories” to adopt a “consistent national approach”.
Scotty’s “national framework” consists of:
• “a return to school”
• “testing”
• “furloughing”
• “W.H.S”
• “vaccination”

Question the above dot points!
• Who is returning to school, everyone?
• How accurate and/or invasive are tests? Why not these rather than forced vaccination?
• If you ‘furlough’ a worker, are they paid? Are they blacklisted?
• What is the hazard? Can they provide a risk assessment?
• Is their a risk to children from vaccination? Does vaccination prevent transmission?

I have attached, both, the M.S.D.S for Pfizer and requests for ‘risk assessment’, below.
Attach these, to your letter, and send them over.

If you feel you’re ready to create your own ‘notice of demand’, feel free.
If, so, you can increase the force of the language used in the (2x) request for risk assessment.
Remember- be prepared to potentially follow-through.

BRAINSTORM ZOOM – TONIGHT (Wednesday 05/02/22) – 7:30PM.

The second of Dean’s courses, in COMMON LAW, is today at 10am (N.S.W time).
See: link below (you still have time to book for today!).

Tonight we will host the first of our ‘BRAINSTORM ZOOMS’ which will see us summon our knowledge, drawn from this course.
We will:
• Discuss what we have learned
• Co-construct resources
• Increase our knowledge
• Introduce other facets of relevant law
• Q & A existing pathways regarding sick leave or holiday entitlements (across multiple industries)

OTHER INDUSTRY REPRESENTATIVES WILL BE JOINING US!
Thus, we forge the spirit that will see ALL INDUSTRIES UNITE.

Dean Kesarlal is in support of this journey.
He shares our goals which see the many equipped, and prepared, with the skills necessary to take the fight to them!
We will be working with, and consulting Dean, as we progress.

Dean’s Common Law course is a powerful ingredient in this fight (not to mention as a wider source of potent information).
Dean, himself, will be pursuing action via the courts – including many of those named as ‘respondent’s’ on the Broomhall ‘notice’.

We shall pursue the other ‘respondents’, named in the Broomhall ‘notice’ at school level (e.g: principals).

There are multiple ways and directions to apply the power of the Common Law ‘notice’.
Broomhall’s letter (‘legal philosophy’) also offers multiple options for action.
We shall discuss these, numerous, pathways this evening (7:30pm).

I will post the link to this DIGITAL MEETING later today.

As Dean says, there is, ‘Strength in numbers’.

Now we strengthen ours.
Now we strengthen ties with other industries.

This month (January) we activate a wave of lawful intervention between the schools and the kids!

Through the N.E.U, as an educative arm of the wider, national, community, we deploy our resources in service to our entire population.
• Education workers.
• Parents.
• Health care.
• Firefighters.
• Police.
• Ambulance officers.
• Aviation.
• Construction.
• Pro-wrestlers (maybe…).
• Transport
• Farmers.

EVERYONE!

The N.E.U, as an educative platform, can help mobilise this population.
Our ongoing RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT means we are positioned as a mechanism for learning, henceforth.

ADVOCATEME and HUMAN RIGHTS ADVOCATES UPDATE, Here is a quick summary of the key things we have on the go right now.



What we have filed in the courts now are:-

NCAT Action for a merit review with Peter Maatouk as solicitor
Federal Court Class action for a review on constitutional inconsistencies between public health act and Biosecurity Act 2012 with Peter Maatouk as solicitor
We are supporting the AVN to issue action against TGA continuation of approvals and have Peter Fam as the solicitor
We are support Ben Clemens with the Public Housing Towers Class Action
Serene is running a WA case in the FWC for a paramedic who lost their job for not taking the flu shot. Her cross examination destroyed their defence. Not sure when the next hearing is.
Finally we are preparing action against Pfizer for vaccine injured children and adults but focusing on children
We have also launched the Children’s Commission www.childrenscommissionau.org This is something Serene has wanted to do for ages, because of her experience in Family Court matters, but it is timely now because this court is set up to take children from parents who won’t vaccinate them and this is already happening.



I am running www.stateofclarity.com which is specific to Queensland, appealing more to regional QLD. I penned a letter for locals to download and give to their local police, endorsed by the Cops for Covid Truth squad, showing the government stats in a realistic light and asking them to use their discretionary powers. It seems to be working in Far North Queensland at least. I also put a version of this letter up on https://www.copsforcovidtruth.com/with-respectseems. This week we will put up a campaign to fight the fines. I have a meeting with some lawyers today to get this off the ground. State of Clarity will move more towards creating a mechanism for members to form a deliberating democracy. Their input will provide insights about what the people actually want for their community. A hierarchy of what is most valuable to circumvent political agenda. This comes off the back of government segregation and the clear need to create new social structures.



Which leads us to a new campaign we call CoVision, which is a collaboration of minds working together on the best ways to create these new parallel systems free from segregating policy. We are currently working with Freedom Keepers who have advocates on the ground helping the disenfranchised who need food on the table, accommodation and other basic needs.

With a view to understand and equip ALL STATES & TERRITORIES with the necessary tools and tactics to find their best solution,
We will be releasing instructional videos developed by our research teams (N.E.U.T) and their significant contributors.

These INFO PACKS will provide a TIMELINE of HOW & WHEN to apply the resources therein.


This will also see us more clearly understand where we are currently positioned, within our rights, codes of conduct, and law.


As each INFO PACK (e.g: 'SICK LEAVE') is essentially a continuum, you will be easily able to see where your own situation sits within it, and activate the resources to achieve what you see as best for your circumstances.

Thus, if you are in a STATE or TERRITORY where SICK LEAVE (for example) is still an optional strategy (to see money in your pocket), you can simply begin where we began and utilise the same resources we did (N.S.W) to secure our sick leave (drawn from beligerent employers).

Just change the names or dates, where necessary, as well as the cited Crown Award.

I would, again, urge each STATE or TERRITORY N.E.U leader to enjoy this free service and help it's communication to their members.

We are all in this together.

It worked for us!
