This isn’t about Scott Muters, this is about James Parks who worked at Kenwood and was supposedly fired/sent off for inappropriate conduct with a child, and I was told by a younger sibling currently attending Franklin middle school where he works that he made a young girl bend over to prove how short her skirt was. I had him in middle school and remember anytime we were punished the boys had to do push-ups but the girls always had to do squats. My friend called the school and the secretary blew her off and hung up. My friends mother then called the school and action was supposed to be taken but apparently wasn’t. My own parent called the school and Lukas Ptachek (spelling?) the principal, told her it was made up and he wasn’t fired. Idk but sounds weird to me...
