🌼REVIVE THESE FORGOTTEN SUNNAN🌼

➡️The Messenger ﷺ said: “There are two acts that no Muslim worshipper does consistently but that he will enter Jannah. And though these are EASY, only FEW people PERFORM them:

a) After each of the (five) prayers, say:

• tasbeeh [Subhan'Allah] ten times
• tahmeed [Alhumdulillah] ten times
• and takbeer [Allahu Akbar] ten times

This makes 150 (daily extollments) by tongue, and 1500 (good deeds) in the Scale.

b) Upon going to bed, say:

• takbeer [Allahu Akbar] 34 times
• tahmeed [Alhumdulillah] 33 times
• and tasbeeh [Subhan Allah] 33 times

This makes 100 (extollments) by tongue, and 1000 (good deeds) in the Scale. So who among you would commit 2500 sins in one day (to counter that)?”

📚[Narrated by Abu Dawud, at-Tirmidhi, an-Nasa'i, Verified to be authentic by Shaykh al-Albani رحمه الله in Sahih ut-Targeeb wat-Tarheeb, 606]

🤲 *【 The Supplication for al-Istikhārah Prayer 】*

🍃 *The Messenger of Allāh –ﷺ– said,* “ If any one of you is concerned about a decision he has to make, then let him pray two raka’at of non-obligatory prayer, then say:

🍃 Allāhumma inni astakhayruka bi-'ilmik, wa astaqdiruka bi-qudratik, wa as'aluka min fadlikal-Azim; fa-innaka taqdiru wa lā aqdir, wa ta'lamu wa lā a'lam, wa Anta ‘Allāmul-ghuyub; Allāhumma in kunta ta’lamu an hādhal-amra (then mention the specific matter) khayrul-li fi dini wa ma'āshi, ‘ājili amri wa ājilih, faqdurhu li wa yassirhu li, thumma bārik li fihi. Wa in kunta ta’lamu an hādhal-amra sharrul-li fi dini wa ma'āshi wa ‘āgibati amri, faşrifhu 'anni wașrifni 'anh, waqdur li al-khayr haythu kāna thumma raddini bih.

🌷 •• *O Allāh, I seek Your guidance [in making a choice] by virtue of Your knowledge, and I seek ability by virtue of Your power, and I ask You of Your great bounty. You have power, I have none. And You know, I know not. You are the Knower of hidden things. O Allāh, if in Your knowledge, this matter (then mention the specific matter) is good for me both in this world and in the Hereafter (or: in my religion, my livelihood, and my affairs), then ordain it for me, make it easy for me, and bless it for me. And if in your knowledge it is bad for me and for my religion, my livelihood, and my affairs (or: for me both in this world and the next), then turn me away from it, (and turn it away from me), and ordain for me the good wherever it may be and make me pleased with it.*

‏ ‌‏

It was narrated from 'Abdullah bin Sarjis that :

When the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) traveled, he would say: "Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min wa'tha'is-safari, wa kabatil-munqalabi, wal-hawri ba'dal-kawri, wa da'watil-mazlumi, wa su'il-munzari fil-ahli wal-mali wal-walad (O Allah, I seek refuge with You from the hardships of travel and the sorrows of return, from loss after plenty, from the supplication of the one who has been wronged, and seeing some calamity befall my family or wealth or child.)"

[Sunan an-Nasa'i 5499]

Narrated Shakl ibn Humayd:
I said: Messenger of Allah, teach me a supplication.

He said: Say:

"O Allah, I seek refuge in Thee from the evil of what I hear, from the evil of what I see, from the evil of what I speak, from the evil of what I think, and from the evil of my semen" (i.e. sexual passion).

Allaah says: “Whoever has taqwa (fear) of Allaah and keeps his duty to Him. He will make a way for him to get out (from every difficulty). And He will provide for him from sources he never could imagine.”👆🏼and we say👇🏼

Allaahumma, ‘aati nafsi taqwaaha, wa zakkihaa Anta khairu man zakkaahaa, Anta waliyyuhaa wa maulaaha.

O Allaah, grant my soul taqwa and purify it, You are the Best of those who purify it, You are its Protecting Friend and Guardian/Master.” (Muslim 2722)

And Allaah says: “And whosoever puts his trust in Allaah, then He will suffice him. Verily, Allaah will accomplish His purpose.” so we say: 👇🏼

Hasbi Allaahu laa ilaha illa Huwa Alayhi tawakkaltu wa Huwa Rabul Arshil Atheem

"Allaah is sufficient for me. La ilaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), in Him I put my trust and He is the Lord of the Mighty Throne.”
(Quran 9:129)

(Allaah will grant whoever recites this seven times in the morning or evening whatever he desires from this world or the next, Ibn As-Sunni (no. 71), Abu Dawud 4/321. Both reports are attributed directly to the Prophet (Marfu). The chain of transmission is sound (Sahih). Ibn As-Sunni).

Umm Abdalrahman Rashida Petersen:
MUSLIM reported (no.594): “And Muhammad ibn `Abdillaah ibn Numayr narrated to us: My father narrated to us: Hishaam narrated to us: from AbuzZubayr who said: “Ibn az-Zubayr used to say at the end of every Prayer when he had given the Salutation:

La ilaha illal-lah, wahdahu la shareeka lah, lahul-mulku walahul-hamd, wahuwa ‘ala kulli shayin qadeer. la hawla wala quwwata illa billah, la ilaha illal-lah, wala na’budu illa iyyah, lahun-niAAmatu walahul-fadl walahuth-thana-ol- hasan, la ilaha illal-lah mukhliseena lahud-deen walaw karihal-kafiroon.

[None has the right to be worshipped except Allaah, alone, having no partner. Sovereignty is His and all praise is for Him, and He has full power over everything. There is no change and no ability except with (the Aid of) Allaah. None has the right to be worshipped except Allaah, and we do not worship except Him. All blessings are from Him and all favour is from Him, and fine praise is for Him. None has the right to be worshipped except Allaah, we make the Religion purely and sincerely for Him-even though the Disbelievers detest that],

and he said: “Allaah’s Messenger (صلى الله عليه و سلم) used to repeat these words after every Prayer.”

🌷🔹🌷

Reported by Imaam Ahmad (Rahimahu'Allah) , from the hadeeth of ‘Aisha (radhiyaAllaahu anha): ‘The Dua’ which the Prophet (sallahAllaahu alayhi wasallam) used to supplicate with a lot…’ then she mentioned it:

Yaa Muqallibal Quloob Thabbit Qalbee ‘alaa Deenik. ,

"O Controller of the Hearts, keep my heart firm on your religion"

[Taken from Silsilah as-Saheeh of Al-Imaam Al-Albaani (Rahimahu'Allah) : 209]

If that was the case with RasulAllah (sallahAllaahu alayhi wasallam) who used to supplicate this du'a a lot! what about ourselves living in this age?

Subhan'Allah! we require more supplication today than the past because of the fitan and fasad today.

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to his Companions:

Shirk among you will be more subtle than the footsteps of an ant, but I will teach you something which, if you do it, both minor and major shirk will be kept away from you. Say:

Allaahumma inni a’oodhu bika an ushrika bika wa ana a’lam wa astaghfiruka lima la a’lam

O Allaah, I seek refuge with You from associating anything with You knowingly, and I seek Your forgiveness for that of which I am unaware.”

(Classed as saheeh/authentic by Shaykh al-Albaani rahimahullah in Saheeh al-Jaami’, 3731)

Do you want to have peace of mind, reassurance, and joy? You should ask for the forgiveness of Allah, The Almighty.

Allah (Subhanahu wa ta'ala), Says (what means):

“Seek Forgiveness of your Lord and repent to Him, [and] He Will Let you enjoy a good provision}

[Surat al-Hud | C.11 : V.3]

The Prophet ﷺ say: ‘Whoever says: “I seek forgiveness from Allah, the Magnificent, whom there is none worthy of worship but Him, the Living, Al-Qayyum, and I repent to him,”

(Astaghfirullāhal-`Aẓīm alladhī lā ilāha illā huwal-Ḥayyul-Qayyūmu wa atūbu ilaih)

then Allah will forgive him, even if he fled from battle”

[Sahih At-Tirmithi: 3577]

Muslim bin Abu Bakar said:

"My father (Abu Bakar رضي الله عنه‎) used to say following every prayer:

[Allahumma inni aozhu bika min al-kufri wal-faqri wa 'azab al-qabr – Oh Allah, I seek refuge with You from Kufr, poverty, and the torment of the grave]

and I used to say them (these words). My father said: 'O my son, from whom did you learn this?' I said: 'From you.'

He said: "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to say them following the prayer."
