Zona Finance is a decentralized perpetual exchange that enables users to speculate on or hedge against housing prices and air quality indexes across various global cities. The platform operates entirely on-chain, offering features such as self-custody of assets, low transaction fees, and the ability to trade real estate markets with minimal capital.
As of now they started testnet on Plume Network and it's open to everyone, but first join waitlist here: https://forms.gle/Rb9S4o8PKmnzgZfPA
Then get the the testnet;

1. Connect your EVM wallet address.
2. Add Plume Network (testnet).
3. Faucet:
✔️ Click "Plume Faucet"
✔️ Connect your wallet
✔️ Pass captcha
✔️ Request ETH (repeat same for pUSD).
✔️ Click "Display pUSD on wallet and confirm.
Trade:
4. Return to the testnet site and trade the 3 available Reasl Estates;
✔️ Hong Kong
✔️ Singapore
✔️ Dubai
You can chose to long (above) or short (below) any of the real estates and resolve the trade after the countdown. It is more of a prediction, the more wins you get the higher you climb on the leaderboard.
Close Trade (Resolve Position):
Locate your positions under chart
✔️ Click Resolve for each
✔️ Confirm Resolution
✔️ Confirm on your wallet.
The countdown as to when to close trade can be found under "Time to Resolution".

You can open separate positions for each time interval (1hr, 2hrs, etc). There's no limit to the number of predictions you can make daily.
You'll find your trade history in Portfolio tab.
