I told you, debates never leave me.
Also today I had enough sleep and two cups of coffee. Turns out if you over consume caffeine, it might really affect your brain. For the second part of the day, I was having a headache. Probably it is for the number of hours I spent on the screen and also high level of caffeine. It was strange though as it usually happens when I sleep only for a few hours. But this time I had whole 9 hours of sleep. Yeah, it’s a lot😁
Last year, I used to think if I sleep less and study at night, I will be more productive and will succeed. This year, I am trying to prioritize my health, sleep and nutrition. Whenever I sleep enough, I work much better and have more energy to focus on what’s really important. Just understand that you don’t need to go beyond the human brain’s capacity of working.
