• 🛢️ Oil (optional)
• 🧂 Pinch of salt
• 🥖 1 baguette
• 🧀 100g cream cheese
• 🍁 1 tbsp maple syrup
• 🍋 1 lemon
• 🌿 1 handful of arugula

Batter:
• 🌾 3 tbsp flour
• 💧 250ml oat cream / vegan cooking cream
• 🥄 1 tsp mustard
• 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
