ii. Our working hours are flexible, so as long as you need it and we can provide it, we will be ready to assist you within 24 hours. Don't forget to request an “in rush order” if you truly need your order as soon as possible.
iii. The processing time for your order depends on the volume of orders we receive on that day, as well as the workload of our admin team. However, you can rest assured that we will fulfill your order within a minimum of 24 hours and a maximum of 2-4 days.
iv. If you want your order expedited in less than 1 hour, you can request an “in rush” order with an additional cost of IDR 2,000. However, please discuss this option with our admin first. Orders with a deadline longer than 1 hour will not incur any additional charges from us.
v. We accept payments through DANA and QRIS without any additional fees. To prevent any HNR (Hit n Run), we require our buyers to pay in advance for their orders.
