Get fit, and live healthy and vice free. Train like hell; one can never too late or too far gone for self-improvement nor is that task ever complete. You can never be too fit, too collected or too well read. Everyday spent not training is a day were the people who want us gone get a leg up. One must not only one’s self but One must strive to be better than one’s self. To finish this paragraph on some words of Socrates, “No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.” Try to be an exemplar of your beliefs and get yourself sorted. If you are promising a better world, you yourself must by psychically fit, mentally healthy, and morally strong. Unwillingness or ignorance of this truth in does not change it. Words from someone who lacks discipline to even try to make themselves better means nothing. Words from those who are fit, healthy and happy are reflective of a successful and meaningful worldview and beliefs. Live vice free, one cannot succumb to the tyranny of indulgence be a salve of desire. On must constantly subject themselves to uncomfortableness to live free. From pain, pleasure and from pleasure comes pain.
