"good things take time," you said to me and i couldn't help thinking that you were talking about us. i guess you wanted to say that there are some things that will not just fall into our laps when we suddenly decide we want them. i believe that if two people belong together, nothing can stop them from finding each other again and again over the years, least of all time. some people are like magnets, they keep coming together just to be torn apart again until they finally realise that maybe they'd be better together. every time i look at you, i believe it a little more. every time i look at you, i feel like i've always known it would end this way. i hope this one thing doesn't take too long. i can't wait to get to know you.
