Sponsored by the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the report was prepared by the Astana-based Kazakhstan Institute of Public Development. It is based on a nationwide survey of 2,400 respondents, which asked about socio-economic living conditions, loans, healthcare, and education.
