𝕙e 𝓙oined 𝗦.𝗠. 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 after auditioning at the 2011 SM 𝔾𝕝𝕠𝕓𝕒𝕝🌎🌍 🄰uditions. He became part of the pre-debut group S.M. Rookies led by S.M. Entertainment, along 𝐖𝐢𝐭𝐡 fellow band 🅜🅔🅜🅑🅔🅡🅢 𝓘rene, 𝓢eulgi and 𝓦endy. He also ₴tarred in Red Velvet's debut song Ⱨappiness before his debut as a member. After four years of 𝘛raining, he Ⓙⓞⓘⓔⓓ the group with the promotion of 🆁🅴🅳 🆅🅴🅻🆅🅴🆃'🆂 first mini album , 𝓘ce 𝘾ream 𝘾ake 🍰 in March 𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟱.
