🔹Responsibilities
-Managing and coaching: You will be managing and coaching a full-stack engineering team and guide the development of infrastructure across web, mobile, backend and data engineering.
-Technical leadership: You will be a thoughtful technical voice and support your team and the broader engineering organization in making diligent architectural decisions.
-Setting direction: You will be collaborating with engineers and the founders to turn our vision into a tangible roadmap.
-Team building: You will be working with the team to create and foster a culture of raising the bar with each new hire.
🔹Qualifications
-5+ years full-time software engineering experience.
-3+ years professional engineering management experience.
-1+ years full-time experience in a blockchain based project.
-Demonstrated interest in open and community-driven platforms
