🚛 Update shipment statuses in the system
📞 Communicate with drivers and receive real-time updates
📍 Track loads and report delays or changes
📝 Maintain accurate daily logs and records
🤝 Support dispatch and operations teams with timely information
✅ Ensure data accuracy and consistency


Requirements:
✅ Willingness to learn and grow in logistics
✅ Strong attention to detail
✅ Good written and verbal communication skills
✅ Ability to work with repetitive tasks and data
✅ Basic computer skills and fast typing speed
✅ Responsible, punctual, and organized
✅ Stress-resistant and able to multitask
