✅ Experience working as a Dispatcher
✅ Strong experience with DAT Load Board
✅ Fluent English 🇺🇸 (spoken & written)
✅ Experience working with Street Loads Only
🚫 No USPS Experience Required
✅ Ability to resolve operational issues promptly
✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✅ Excellent problem-solving abilities
✅ Responsible and results-oriented mindset


Responsibilities:
🚛 Source and book profitable loads through DAT
📞 Communicate with brokers and drivers daily
📍 Monitor loads from pickup to delivery
💰 Negotiate rates and maximize truck profitability
⚡ Resolve issues quickly and efficiently
📝 Maintain accurate dispatch records
