Requirements:
✅ Strong knowledge of FMCSA Regulations, DOT Compliance, HOS Rules, ELD Systems, and Trucking Safety Procedures
✅ Experience managing driver safety performance, violations, accidents, and compliance investigations
✅ Ability to develop and implement Safety Policies, SOPs, and Corrective Action Plans
✅ Experience conducting safety training and driver coaching sessions
✅ Ability to monitor fleet safety metrics and prepare detailed reports
✅ High level of responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics/safety management systems
✅ Availability to work night shifts
