Responsibilities:
📡 Monitor trucks and drivers through Samsara (routes, restricted roads, driving events)
🚨 Track and respond to alerts during the shift
📞 Contact drivers regarding issues and collect feedback
🎧 Review internal calls and evaluate communication quality
📝 Prepare reports on incidents, feedback, and quality findings
🤝 Coordinate with responsible departments when issues are identified
Requirements:
✅ Confident English 🇺🇸 (spoken & written)
✅ Fluent Russian 🇷🇺
✅ Comfortable communicating with drivers by phone
✅ Polite, patient, and professional communication skills
✅ Ability to assess communication quality objectively
✅ Strong attention to detail and concentration
✅ Confident computer skills
✅ Willingness to work night shifts
✅ No experience required — full training provided
