Cishet men would not "just" change the way they looked to appease those gay men, or "just" do anything else.
Half would go on a fucking shooting spree after eight years of being told they had to throw out their favorite clothes and alter their appearance with the sole goal of making gay men feel comfortable and unaroused so kindly shut the fuck up because I'm a little tired of being told to "just" change who I am, how I look, and even how I describe myself so I don't accidentally arouse the straights.
