What happened to russian MLRSs ?

Artillery losses are on the usual 600x a month but MLRS have disappeared from the reports.

Looks like they got HIMARS and there is no cure for that.

The recent AFU faild attempt to break towards Kermenchyk was a part of a "plan" to expand the control zone in the weak flank while russians are preparing the defense on the Volodyne direction.

Russial losses in APC and artillery amplified their weaknesses in the mobile defense that would be used by AFU even more in future.

Fortifications doesn't work without people and mines can't withdraw to better positions.

GSUA midday August 22,

During the day, the Ukrainian Air Force launched 9x air strikes on the concentrations troops and 2x strikes on anti-aircraft missile systems of the adversary.

During the day of August 22, the Ukrainian missile and artillery troops hit 2x concentrations of troops, weapons, and military equipment, 2x ammunition depots and 1x TOS-1A heavy flamethrower system of the enemy.

Since the beginning of the war, 14 TOS-1A systems have been lost by russia.

Current reported losses are on its lowest since the beginning of the year, but equipment is high as it ever was.

The closes analogy is AFU autumn campaign.

Fortifications can protect people but, there is nowhere to hide the equipment. People cant make a lot without equipment.

WWI style works only because it's possible to maintain the trench line full loaded.

A lot of shelling around the village, the area should be in the fire pocket but russians still holds.

Trees around the railroad south of Andriivka have disappeared, highly likely AFU advanced east of the railroad.

Robotyne

It looks like AFU get over the ditch on Verbove direction - shellings in the fields are rarely seen on their own.
Also, there are some changes east of Novoprokopivka it's hard to tell exactly what is happening because everything is burning.

Novoprokopivka been burnt in last two days.

RAF still remain the presence in Robotyne (no bombardment).
