The NYC man randomly shoved onto subway tracks on New Year’s Eve has been identified as 45-year-old music programmer Joseph Lynskey.
Lynskey survived with severe injuries, including a cracked skull, four broken ribs, and a ruptured spleen, but is expected to fully recover.
Kamel Hawkins, 23, was arraigned on attempted murder and second-degree assault charges.
Footage shows nearly a dozen firefighters rescuing Lynskey from beneath the train.
