Where the body of the people is deprived of their right, or is under the exercise of a power without right, and have no appeal on earth, then they have a liberty to appeal to heaven, whenever they judge the cause of sufficient moment.

We would like to make it clear that although the original NSC operates in New England, and the 131 idea was originally formulated here as well, the NSCs around the world and the overarching 131 movement have advanced far beyond this small region of the United States. Each club has its own goals, its own mission, and its own organizers.

That being said, NSC New England will ALWAYS put New England first, and focus on its people and its goals first and foremost. Our program differs from each and every other NSC, and each club brings forth unique qualities and tactics to the table for the betterment of our people. We cannot be held responsible for what the other NSCs do, just as they cannot be responsible for what we do in New England.
