We have paid quite a lot of attention to your ability to hold vibration at a specific frequency, and we are very pleased to report that humans are showing a greater ability to remain in your chosen vibration for a longer period of time.

This is a skill that you need while you are still in the fourth dimension, because you need to hold this vibration for a longer period in order to manifest something and know that it is you who are responsible for manifestation.

So this is very inspiring. It also helps you feel the way you want to feel, which is even more important than part of the manifestation.

In a rapidly changing society, where people often rush about and pay their attention to what grabs them, it is very important for you to be able to hold vibration, and this skill indicates to us that those of you who do this have been able to disconnect from the physical sphere enough. long to relax in your inner realm.

You can only truly become aware of your vibration by going inward, and when you are ready to go inward, you are able to access and hold the vibration of your choice. But like everything in your world, it takes practice. It takes your time, your focus, your focus and your efforts, and we want you to know that the efforts you put in paid off.

Remember that all of you were masters in at least one previous life on Earth, or possibly elsewhere in the galaxy. So, you remember such abilities as this, and it is thanks to your practice and your constant interest in everything spiritual that you have come to this moment.

You can expect to begin to see manifestations coming in faster and faster as the energies continue to increase in speed and vibration. And this is one of the many ways that you will serve your fellow humans that you have there in the fourth dimension. You will demonstrate your abilities, the results that you will get from the practice, and you will come up with ways to teach them how to master vibration.

The world is changing fast because its vibration frequency is changing even faster. Learn to stand aside and observe, keeping the spiritual reality in your head and heart. Practice seeing the light within each person, especially those who create problems. In some cases you can only see a small point of Light, while in others you see Light filling their entire body.

Recognizing the Light in every person is love, and this is how you love yourself as well as others. Love does not mean unconditionally accepting everything that the other says or does, and it does not mean that you need to develop an emotional attraction for that person in some way. In its highest sense, love is simply realizing and accepting that everyone is Divine Beings, regardless of any external manifestations, and then performing any human actions that you may be guided by. Love is an interconnected energy between everyone in ONE.

Love is not an emotional attachment, as many believe, although it is often part of it. Love won't force someone to give up their chosen "gutter experience" if that's what they choose. Love is not inaction when you say, "God will take care of it." Love is knowing the truth in all situations, allowing intuition to guide you to appropriate actions, which at first glance may look very three-dimensional.

For some of you, living Love will be a life of calm awareness, a silent recognition of truth and Light for everything that you see and observe in the world. Others will be directed to actively participate in movements and groups where their Light will help guide others to higher paths to create a better world.

Allow yourself to be guided by how you can best serve the ascension process, because there is no right or wrong way to be Light.

We are in the process of becoming our oversouls, just as you are in the process of becoming your higher selves, and we want you to realize how blessed you are as you make this transition, no matter how difficult and difficult this shift may be.

We understand the process of shedding skin to be reborn as we are currently experiencing something similar.

We have come to understand that the process is not about leaving behind our old identity as the Arcturian Council of the Ninth Dimension.

It is the process of becoming more of who we are. It is the process of broadening the concept of who we are and continually retaining that knowledge.

And so, when you are going through more difficult experiences that you are having and you feel that you are losing yourself in the process, remember that the experience you are experiencing is to become more, not less.

Your ego can cling to who you were. Your ego can certainly identify with this aspect of you and see it as the most important aspect, but at times like these, it is important to remember that the process of becoming is to include more of the real self. So what you are dropping is false ideas. You are throwing off filters that prevent you from seeing yourself clearly as the beings of light and love that you truly are.

You don't have to fight yourself in this process. Instead, you want to surrender to the process. You want to give up the false self in order to become more whole, and sometimes that means letting go of what you used to identify yourself as yourself. It can be very hard for your pride to realize that you are not your achievements, your good deeds and your status in the world. You are part of something much more than all of these things put together and more.

And therefore, it is most beneficial for all of you to see yourself as your world, as this galaxy and as our universe, and allow yourself to be in the flow. This is the best possible experience you can have, and sooner or later even your ego will recognize it as true.

Becoming who you really are is more about letting go than going up the stairs, and if this transmission resonates with you, then you have let go of that notion and let go of much more of what was holding you back from becoming.

Sorting of the Souls PART 1 of 3 (Ascension, Consciousness and Dimensions)

Grand Rising beautiful people! I wanted to start a 3 part series and talk about what is happening currently on a collective and individual levels. To start, let’s talk about ascension, consciousness and dimensions.

A frequently asked question - how do I know if I am in the process of ascension? In order to answer this question, lets first talk about ascension and what it means.

On an individual level, ascension is a process of consciousness expansion and evolution from one reality that is based on specific collection of beliefs to another.

On a group or planetary level, ascension process is collective consciousness expansion, where the collective consciousness creates a new reality, new way of being or a new dimension. We collectively create 5th dimensional consciousness through our individual process of ascension.

We also must understand what is consciousness, dimension and et cetera prior us being able to understand the process of ascension.

What is consciousness? Consciousness is a collection of beliefs by which we base our life on and through those beliefs we make our choices and decisions that create our reality. Our consciousness level is determined based on our awareness or our surroundings physically and non-physically.

What are dimensions? Dimension is a state of or a level of consciousness. Every dimension carries a unique collection of structures and non-structures, depending on the level of ascension of the individual and surrounding collective consciousness.

For example, third dimension (material dimension or 3D) is a belief that our life is the only life. If we cannot touch, feel, taste, see it, (sometimes) hear it, then it does not exist. We base our beliefs on doctrines taught and (majority of the time) imposed onto us by our collective beliefs, governments, religions, family, friends, ancestors. 3D is a dimension of density that creates structures based on collective and individual belief systems. Our ego is the driver of our decisions and choices.
It is a dimension of survival and separation. 3D allows the soul to expand consciousness into higher dimensions through soul lessons that are being taught in this dimension.

Fourth dimension also known as 4D or the bridge between 3D and 5D, is a state of consciousness where beliefs begin to be questioned, every event becomes a lesson and is clearly understood, synchronicities begin to happen more frequently and we begin to see our world through the heart. We begin to have more compassion and empathy towards ourselves, others, and the planet. Our ego becomes our tool rather than our master. Our wants and needs become our priority which in return allows us to be more fulfilled and be able to give to others from a place of love rather than obligation or lack.

We begin to have unique physical senses and understand that they are tied to our emotions, this process teaches us to heal ourselves from within.

We develop non-physical senses such as telepathy, intuition, claircognizance that feel familiar.
In 4D we integrate and transcend our emotions such as fear, anger, sadness and we work through them and understand the root of those emotions when they surface. 4D allows us to remove blocks to be able to move to the next dimension.

Fifth dimension or 5D also known as Christ consciousness or consciousness of Unity, of One. In this dimension the ego doesn’t exist. We understand that we are all one, we know that and live as one. We accept present moment as the perfect moment, which allows us to work through the heart and create a reality we like to experience. By removing blocks through the 4D, in 5D we are able to cultivate absolute self love from within and we are now able to manifest experiences at a much higher speed on an individual level as well as the collective level. In this dimension Love is the force of creation that affects others around us (I will expand on 5D and beyond in Part 2).
