III. All of these catalogs take between 1 – 7 days to complete, depending on the order list. But if you want to use priority order access, there will be an additional fee of $1,000 if the deadline is less than three hours for the moodboard and scribble catalog's and for other catalogs, there will be an extra charge of $1,000 to $3,000 if the deadline is less than six hours, depending on how difficult your order is.
IV. Working hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. If you send an order outside of those hours, we will reply the next day or possibly the same day, although with a somewhat delayed response.
V. For the order format, you can send it via a bot that is connected by all admins, particularly @obdartorderbot or perhaps you want to ask the bot a few questions regarding your order, with the exception of questions unrelated to your order, which you can contact via this bot @obdartbot.
VI. After you send the order format to our bot, there is no way for our admin to cancel the order unless she is unable to accept it. You will be included to the blacklist because it is connected to a hit-and-run case if you do not make a payment within 24 hours of sending the order format.
