Hi all, we want to let everyone know that because the blocks are slower than we predicted, the Balancer Liquidity Bootstrapping Pool (LBP) will end on Sep 12 around 10am UTC.
There are several things we are going to do after the Balancer LBP:

1. We will create a Balancer Shared Pool (BSP) several minutes before the end of Balancer LBP. The BSP will be a PERP:USDC pool with weights 80:20. The fee for the BSP will be 0.15%. We will seed the pool with 400k PERP and a certain amount of USDC. The correct amount of USDC would be calculated after the sale based on the Balancer LBP price.
Sorry, it used to be a PERP:cUSDT pool in our document before but we feel it’s probably too confusing to most of the people so we decide to switch back to PERP:USDC pool.

2. There might be a shortage of PERP tokens on Balancer after Balancer LBP ends because we can’t add the BSP in time. Please keep in mind that there is probably hight slippage or high fee after Balancer LBP ends and before BSP starts. Please don’t trade during that time.

3. The trading competition rewards would be distributed after the BSP start.

4. We will have another announcement right after the above two are completed.
