South Korea looking to create a specialized Crypto District
South Korea are once again making headlines as their blockchain association are attempting to lobby authorities of Gwangju to build a Crypto-Valley District.
While the markets have been less than exciting this year, it hasn't stopped adoption by any means and I swear that every day I have a browse through Reddit, there is a mention of South Korea and Blockchain innovation.
Some examples, creating the first MBA Program, trialing Blockchain voting system, Enterprise grade platforms such as Aergo and ICON launching and gaining traction and even the possibility of a Blockchain powered Virtual Power Plant.
While Estonia, Malta and a few others were making the headlines earlier last year, It seems South Korea are making up for lost time.
What Countries do you think are advancing the most in the space and also the most "Crypto friendly" for its citizens?
