Why doesn't android have a separate section for persistent notifications yet?

Persistent notifications at times come in way, especially those whose sole purpose is to keep the app running. Having those in a separate section/tab within the notification area would be a nice way to clean the notification area for the important stuff. Seems like such a simple solution but it's never been applied or even talked about. I don't know if its that complicated or is it not a problem for others, unlike me?...

I have all but given up hope with Bluetooth earbuds

For about a year and half, I have been using Bluetooth earbuds with my Android phones. You know, might as well adapt to the trend, right?

To begin my foray into Bluetooth audio, I bought some Anker Sound buds Slim earbuds for $25. All in all, not a terrible experience especially given the price. I like the sound, the fit, and the convenience.

One particular quirk, however, has been driving me slowly insane. When crossing certain intersections in my area, NYC, the connection will go bonker...
