👻 In the future Telegram Desktop v7.1.0 update, support for viewing disappearing photos and videos will be added. Previously, viewing this type of media required using the mobile version of Telegram.
Taking a screenshot or recording the screen will not be possible. I tested this using the built-in Windows tool.
