According to an Antifa activist who keeps track of the situation, Charlottesville tikitorch marchers are about to start facing felony prosecutions for burning something for the purposes of intimidation. Despite this being ridiculous and almost 6 years later, there is no statute of limitations in Virginia on felonies. The charge wasn't originally applied because the prosecutor did not think it would stick. The Soros funded prosecutor who took over in 2019 has decided to go ahead with it.
A grand jury agreed to let the charges go ahead, and fugitive warrants have allegedly been issued. Apparently there have already been arrests made and they will begin extraditing people back to Charlottesville soon. This means that there could be hundreds, maybe as many as a thousand people who could be facing time for the crime of walking with a torch 6 years ago. Luckily we've learned alot since Charlottesville, and we've generally moved past most of the people who were present there. If you were involved in the march, heads up.
