Dear FOIA Officers,

Under the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. § 552, I am requesting access to or copies of the following records:

1. For Alleged Surveillance:
- All documents, communications, reports, or any form of records related to any alleged or confirmed surveillance, investigation, or intelligence gathering activities conducted on the Donald J. Trump presidential campaign by, in coordination with, or related to the Kamala Harris campaign or any foreign entities, specifically mentioning Iran, from January 1, 2016, to the present.

2. For State Department Training Programs:
- All documents, memoranda, agreements, or communications regarding any training programs, educational exchanges, or collaborative efforts involving the U.S. State Department and Iranian nationals, especially those taking place in Washington D.C. or any other location, from January 1, 2020, to the present.

Objective: The purpose of this request is to disprove or verify claims circulating on social media platforms regarding:
- The alleged involvement of the Harris campaign in espionage activities against the Trump campaign using Iranian resources or connections.
- The existence and nature of any training or educational programs conducted by the State Department for Iranian nationals which might be misconstrued as suspicious or covert activities.

Please provide the requested records in electronic format if possible.

I am a U.S. citizen, and this request is not for commercial use. The release of the information sought is in the public interest as it will contribute significantly to public understanding of government operations or activities related to election integrity and international diplomatic training programs.

Fee Waiver Request: I request a waiver of all fees for this request. Disclosure of the requested information to me is in the public interest because it is likely to contribute significantly to public understanding of government activities and is not primarily in my commercial interest. If this request for a fee waiver is not granted, please inform me of any costs before processing my request.
