Record efficiency of a tandem solar panel
Scientists from the Korea Energy Research Institute have developed a tandem solar cell with a record efficiency of 23.64%. It consists of two layers: the upper layer is made of perovskite and the lower layer is based on CIGS (copper, indium, gallium and diselenide).
