"Fuck, what's up with these calls" I said frustratedly while walking to my desk and picking up the phone. "It's fucking 5am, what the hell y'all want from me" I yell to my friend through the phone. "Jeston, explain to me. How's yesterday going?" He said, emphasizing every single word.
"What do you mean how's yesterday going? Everything's okay" I answered with confusion.

"So, you and her.." "Me and her what?" "You and her are officially a couple..?" He continue his words. "Yes, of course. She's mine now" I reply to him. The call was silent for a couple seconds, leaving me confused. "That's all..?" I said, trying to make sure everything's okay. "Bro, we gotta meet and celebrate this!" He said with excitement from the other side of the phone.

"Cheers, to that one guy who is finally able to lower his ego" The guy besides me laugh while glancing at me. "Shut the fuck up" I said in annoyance. "Can't believe someone like Jeston will actually fell in love" They continue teasing me. They never get enough of the fact that someone actually caught my attention. "So do I" I reply while sipping my drink.

"Are you sure that you will confess to her?" They asked me for the hundredth time. "For God sake, yes I will." I answered them, emphasizing at the end of the sentence. "Well, just make sure that you are confessing, not threatening." They said to me and chuckle a bit. I take a deep breath and walk away. They can't stop talking, so I left them there, letting them babbling by themselves.
