South Korea has imposed a travel ban on nuisance influencer and Kick streamer "Johnny Somali" to prevent him from fleeing the country as he faces multiple felony charges for disturbing the peace, assault, trespassing, and drug abuse, a sentence that carries up to 10 years in prison. Johnny Somali, whose real name is Ramsey Khalid Ismael, livestreamed himself vandalizing a grocery store, harassing women on public transport, and desecrating the South Korean "Comfort Women" WW2 memorial on multiple occasions. A South Korean YouTuber who is a veteran of the country's Special Forces assaulted the livestreamer and was arrested before being promptly released and hailed as a hero by other South Koreans who are sick and tired of being turned into nuisance fodder.
