Please be reminded that we have an action plan in place and to not be intimidated by coercion and threats. There is more at stake here than jobs and money, and by STANDING UP TOGETHER to ensure that our human rights are not removed, any such unlawful penalties will not hold weight!

The National Class Action is nearly ready for submission, so please ensure you have joined via the link in the action plan pack.

We continue to be guided by the lawyers, who are writing to healthcare employers to inform them that legal action will be taken if they do not reverse this mandate!

It is evident that we are in a stronger position than the media and government would have us be aware to. There is a lot more to lose if we do not STAND UP now, so please be assured that we are well supported in this fight ✊

Clarity on Forms & Resources from the COVID pack

The idea is to action and utilise as many of the resources listed on the pack as personally possible. Even if the ideal outcome is not initially achieved, they all serve a purpose in our advocacy action plan.

Ideally the forms presented to your GP, are signed by them, but even if they don't oblige, it still serves as a documentation purpose to have it recorded on your file (so you can leave a copy with them and take a copy for yourself - making a note to record the date it was presented to your GP).
There are also two exemption forms (linked on the pack); one of which is a self declared exemption.

The exemption, declination, and open letter can all be utilised as resources to present to your GP, and also to support a letter to your workplace/employer. This is all for documentation purposes, should it be needed as a reference point in any legal representation. They also double as an educational tool for both the GP, and the workplace/employer.

Just clearing up a few questions;

Admin have put in a lot of work into the COVID PACK published on Saturday night 11/09.

It has a heck of a lot of resources in it and steps to take in that pack.

Please actually read though it carefully as everything is streamed lined for you and hyperlinked for your convenience, also, there are the full website links on the last page of the pack you can manually type into to your search engine.

No we will not be doing weekly zoom meeting with you all. Hence we created the Channel for admins post to not be missed in the noise of the chat and for all to see all of our announcements and updates.

We had intended to delete the chat however we were overwhelmed with messages wanting to keep the chat, so we have listened and kept it.

Please all know. Admin just like you are in the same boat as you all of basically loosing our jobs with this mandate. We all still work, we are all health care workers. We also have family's to take care of also. We are not paid for what we have done and are doing.

This started from 6 nurses talking together, finding each other in relief and sharing how much of a shit show this all is. Literally in 48 hours it blew up to over 300 people and over night came alot of responsibility to us. With that comes guidelines and direction and leadership. We are doing all that we can to help and support you hence us publishing the covid pack.

We can appreciate those still new and joining this channel and chat in the last 24 hrs don't know the back story and are still in freak out mode, we really get it. However please follow the pack, it's 6 steps . All is revealed there.

People are refusing the jab because they know it is not safe and they know their rights. A source has informed us that the numbers of people consenting to the jab were much lower than expected - that people were refusing to take it. In response the Department of Health decided to make it mandatory, to take the choice away from you. The source has also informed us that they expect you all to comply, they expect you to cave. They have prepared very little in the case that you do not comply and they are left with a significantly diminished workforce. The most powerful thing you can do is HOLD THE LINE.
