Wow my server has grown a handful, I want to take the time to repeat some of the rules in my server and add a few things

I have 2 rules
-No feds
-No commies

If you suspect anyone is a fed please report it to me and if anyone is a commie expect the boot.

Fed posting is allowed as long as you do a good job at making it very playful/humorous. Straight up serious stuff will not be tolerated and will be suspected to be an actual fed.




As of now we have a couple of projects on hand but if you have any gunsmithing questions or any requests to do tutorials on I'd love to post them so don't be shy.

It doesn't take much at all. Next after removing the spot welds is that weld in the middle. What you want to do is grind it down flat then come back and touch it up with a Dremel

I first went with a 3.5 bit but I had enough of constantly backing out and re adjusting so I got a 6mm bit and it fits over it just perfectly with a little bit of over lap. What I point out in the video is the finish of the trunnion, I'm looking for that because that's tells me I went either just perfect or too far

So took the cocking tube off. I took a video of me grinding down the weld but the video got deleted. All I did was took a bench grinder and made it flat so the angle grinder didn't jump around too much while cutting it. you might notice a little shelf that's ok as long as you didn't cut too much off the cocking tube. All you need to do is take a file and make it straight. I'm working on the front trunnion now so expect a how to on getting it out
