#WIIWY : Solutions
When it comes to handling someone who has a problem with you, instead of cancelling them there are plenty solutions you should try. Like I’ve said, everyone deserves to explain themselves. Give them a chance. Yes, your feelings are valid, it’s okay to be hurted by their words. But so are their feelings. There’s probably understandable reasons why they did such a thing, we just don’t know yet. Here are the things you can do instead of cancelling someone right away.
1. Searching more information.
When someone did something bad, make sure that it’s not based on a rumor. We should dig deeper into it. Remember, if it’s not based on facts, it’s wack (wrong)
2. Talk to them.
This can be the tricky part. People are different when it comes to talking about their problems. But, you have to be patient. Try to be calm as much as you can.
3. Holding them accountable
Accountability means being answerable for your actions and decisions. If someone were made responsible for something or they themselves promised to achieve certain outcomes, they can be held accountable for them. Let them learn and grow from the problem.
