Initially, this is likely true. Right now, they’re depending on “age assurance” which is AI monitoring everything you say, keystrokes, and your biometrics (face included) to “assure” them you’re over 18. Naturally, this will be building your social credit profile until they make it mandatory to link to Digital ID, at which point they will likely follow in Canada’s footsteps and move to retroactive prosecution of your word crimes online.

X has recommenced utilising AU10TIX, a company with links to Israeli intelligence, to demand users give their ID to AU10TIX if they want to access the Subscription service on X.

Apart from AU10TIX founders links with Israeli Intelligence Unit 8200, they were previously reportedly found to be involved in a massive data breach that put users at risk, which is thought to be the reason that X pulled back on this decision previously (apart from public backlash.)

The arrangement instead for monetisation on X was having to link your ID to your Stripe, removing AU10TIX from the mix, so those users have already been verified.

Now, users who have already verified themselves but want to participate in Subscriptions have to give their ID (again) to AU10TIX.

“It’s not just Digital ID that must be prohibited, it’s “age assurance” also, which is biometric and other forms of surveillance such as keystrokes for AI to determine someone’s age. Furthermore, we want no Bill of this sort, not just amendments to it. Thank you for your work!”

No, the first thing of 63C, 1(a), is that the platform's sole or significant purpose is to enable online social interaction.

But if YouTube's covered, as a video sharing service for non-explicit content, why wouldn't Pornhub be covered? Is Pornhub covered? I
