Jacob Hersant first Victorian charged with performing the Nazi salute has been found guilty after a magistrate rejected his argument that the case was constitutionally invalid.

Agree or disagree with Jacob’s views, this is a terrible day in Australian history.

Australia is fast becoming the land of no free thought, no free speech and no political expression that goes against the ideology of the state.

Jacob is facing a 1 year jail sentence for a gesture.

Disgraceful.
