How to make any nuts / seeds milk

Making your own plant / vegan milk at home lets you enjoy a customized, dairy-free beverage free of unhealthy additives.

Steps
🔸Always soak nuts overnight except oats, hemp, coconut and flaxseeds
🔸Discard water and wash them twice. Use fresh water and use blender / food processor to make milk
🔸Normally add 4 times the water to your soaked nuts.
🔸Optional - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and sugar
🔸Store in a glass bottle and consume the same day if not putting in the fridge and store for 3-5 days.

ELDERBERRY SYRUP

We consider this our “magic potion”! ✨ If you’re tired of always having sick kids, this is a must-have.

Ingredients:

-4 cups water
-1 cup dried elderberries
-1 lemon, sliced
-1 inch ginger, peeled
-1 tsp turmeric powder
-3 cinnamon sticks
-3/4 cup honey

Combine the water, elderberries, lemon, ginger, turmeric, and cinnamon sticks in a pot and bring to a boil.

Reduce to a simmer for 45 minutes, or until the mixture is reduced by half.

Run the mixture through a fine sieve. Let it cool for about 30 minutes, then stir in the honey.

Dosage:
Adults: 1 tbsp, 2-3 times a day
Children (2+): 1 tsp, 1-2 times a day
