They’re already trying this in the US. If your kid needs any kind of procedure (even an MRI), standard procedure is to sign a form that you’ll allow blood transfusions.
The catch is they can’t guarantee that the blood will be pure. You can find your own donor but it’s much (much) more expensive.
If you don’t sign they won’t do the procedure. Then they can say its negligence and call CPS.
We had to lawyer up for them to realize we mean business. We got them to admit the MRI is “not medically necessary” so it’s not negligence on our part.
The lawyer said she’s had to deal with this before from this hospital (Vanderbilt in Tennessee). They are known for getting kids removed from parents.
