the hardest part of getting into the flow-zone where you could focus on your task seamlessly is the first 10 minutes where your brain is getting accustomed to the low dopamine activity, in that 10 minutes you would feel bunch of urges to watch "just couple of reels" or to watch "just one you tube video", it's a trap and you shouldn't fall for it, push through the first 10 minutes and the rest of the hour would seem flawless.
make sure you don't burnout as well, take strategic brakes every 25 minutes that last only 5 minutes max, in that break DONT SCROLL on TikTok or any other overstimulating activities, do things that are of low dopamine so going back to your original task wouldn't be as problematic for you, do things like cleaning your room, or stretching, or refilling your cup of water, or getting some sunlight in your 5 minutes break.
open a pomodoro video on you tube in the background, it'll help you keep track of the 25/5 minute time window.
Pomodoro Timerthink clearer, live happier. adios✌🏿
