Does this girl deserve just 10 years like with Matteo?
NOPE! because
a) we don't know exactly how Matteo reacted, but at least seems he was "not a bad reaction"
b) we haven't considered the fact of drugs / alcohol or other substances .. They talked about, but is not clear how deep is this related to Matteo ... The girl had 3x alcohol limit ...
c) no escape after the accident
d) no smile during the court or similar .. (or at least)
e) empathy still here (or at least)
f) no serious manipulation (or at least)

This is not really the case if you manipulate infos already during the court! If you manipulate infos during the court, you could manipulate people even after 20 years!

Does Mackenzie deserve death? Mmmh nope, because if we implement the law "people with serious car crimes cannot own / buy / rent a car or similar things", such people don't deserve a life sentence too ... but need rehabilitation after many years in prison ...
There are much worse crimes that deserve a death sentence. Car accidents in our opinion is NOT one of this ...
