I will reframe it slightly and respond in the following way: I do not have time to not train.
Time spent training now is time you do not have to take off because of illness and injury later on.
Moreover, keeping the holistic benefits of the Gym in mind, it becomes even more reasonable to continue to train even when one's schedule is tight.
To name but a few benefits of regular training:
🔸Better mood (you are more pleasant to be around).
🔹More patience (stress is removed in the Gym).
🔸More energy (needed to keep up with everything).
🔹A primal aura of steadiness (especially important for daughters).
I could go on and on about the various benefits of physical training, but you get the point. It is well invested time – for you, your wife, and your children!
