Meanwhile shitty laws are not available just in Norway ... but even in Switzerland (and other places). A dude could get no crime, if he is not able to understand what he is doing ... NO SENSE AT ALL Like if a "brain wash" fix such issues ... A criminal should get the same exact sentence, no mat...
