What "No sugar challenge" is about:
1. No artificial sugar at all
Example: (chocolate bars, sodas, cakes and so on )
2. Eating only products which contain only natural sugar
Example: (fruits, honey, homemade juices.)
3. Bread consumption which contains low amounts of sugar is allowed.
So I want to call my friends to participate in it too because everyone thinks that being fit is only about sport but all professional sportsmen know that the main key to being healthy and fit is your diet.
Actually I kinda hate to drink some soda because my parents taught me to not drink this stuff from early ages, but I have huge problems with candy and chocolate itself.So to fix that I will stop consumption of this for about 3 months or more.
