โ€œThere is no doubt that world Jewry was against Fascism, there is no doubt that all the sanctions during the maneuvers were plotted by the Jews, there is no doubt that in 1924 the anti-fascist posters were dotted with Jewish names, there is no doubt that their population is not 40,000, but 70,000! And to all those who have soft hearts, too soft it must be asked: gentleman what would be the fate of 70,000 Christians in a country of 44 million Jews?โ€

-
Benito Mussolini (25 October, 1938)

โ€œIt was the so-called โ€œdissidentโ€ France, the France of the Jews, Freemasons and Bolsheviks, that opened the door of the Mediterranean to America. In that November dawn a decisive episode in the conspiracy against Italy was enacted. While the English kept a distance due to fear of wounding any still existing French susceptibilities, the American convoy reached the port of Algiers and disembarked the first formations of troops and armoured cars, not merely unopposed but triumphantly received by their French accomplices. De Gaulleโ€™s betrayal of France was only the prelude to Badoglioโ€™s betrayal of Italy; two links in the same chain.โ€

-Benito Mussolini, Story of a Year (1944)

โ€œHe (Hitler) was absolutely sure that the new Europe would bring complete peace and firm collaboration with the Church. This was my job every second. Hitler knew very well that I would devote my life to it. I did not want to occupy a position as a political leader after the war, but to be the man who created harmony between spiritual and temporal powers, on the one hand, and between Germanism and Latinity on the other. I know very well that for countless fanatics, we hare bin nothing but gross silhouettes, but I know personally what fervor and purity rosed in our dream. I also know that one day Europe will rise again.โ€

-Lรฉon Degrelle (Lรฉon Degrelle in Exile)

โ€œThe Italian Social Republic, the first political creature to arise purely from the rot of monarchical betrayal to reaffirm loyalty to Italy, to the idea, to the Alliance, was an example and an incitement to the rise of movements inspired by national honor and to the protection of the true interests of the people in almost all the countries stabbed in the back by their rulers. Saint Augustine states: "I believe qui absurdum est", because it would make no sense to believe in what is not absurd: where reason arrives via the provincial road of logic and dialectics, there is no need to climb the impervious paths of faith. For Saint Augustine the sublime absurd to be conquered was God; the absurdity in which the Italian Social Republic firmly believes is the Axis, is the victory. But God and victory are two shining conquests of the spirit.โ€

-Benito Mussolini (20 November, 1944)

โ€œAs the natural development of society proved more and more of Marx's predictions to be wrong, true socialism retreated from the possible to the probable. The only feasible socialism that can be truly implemented is Corporativism."

Today is a day of remembrance for the Dalmatians and Istrians who suffered and were killed in the Foibe Massacres, a Yugoslavian Genocide of the Italian population.

After the Genocide, almost all of the Italian population left their native homes because of the persecution and oppression. Today cities like Ragusa, Zara and Fiume have lost their Italian names. It reminds me a lot of Kรถnigsberg, itโ€™s founders replaced and deprived of its mother culture.

Letโ€™s all say a prayer for those who suffered from this horrible event, dead and alive ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป.

Onore ai martiri delle Foibe โ™ฅ๏ธ ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ

February 10 is the day of remembrance for all Italians who suffered and were killed during the Foibe massacres, a Yugoslav Partisan genocide of the local Italian population.

โœž โ€œA servant is not greater than his master.โ€™ If they persecuted me, they will persecute you also. If they obeyed my teaching, they will obey yours also.โ€ โœž

Honor and eternal peace to the martyrs of the Foibe ๐Ÿ–ค

โ€œIt is also a habit of tyrants to prefer the company of aliens to that of citizens at table and in society; citizens, they feel, are enemies, but aliens will offer no opposition.โ€

โ€œDuce, God has freed you, Italy has risen as Christ. The last battle is fought for the salvation of the Fatherland and the civilization that takes its name and life from Christ.
If Christ is with us, quis contra nos! Enemies will be humiliated and confused in the pride of their power and annihilated in the dust of our rubble.
You after being the scapegoat of betrayal in 45 days of harsh martyrdom, today you work tirelessly for the Republic and for the new Europe; tomorrow you will have the joy of transfiguring the Italian people on the Tabor of victory.
Duce, fascist and non-fascist Italians love you, they look at you as the savior of the Fatherland.โ€

โ€œThe Imperial Roman idea was not extinguished with the fall of the Western Empire. It lived in the heart of the generations, and the great spirits testify to its existence. It endured the mysticism throughout the Middle Ages, and because of it Italy had the Renaissance and then the Risorgimento. From Rome, restored capital of the united Fatherland, colonial expansion was initiated and achieved the glory of the Vittorio Veneto with the destruction of the empire that had opposed the unification of Italy. With Fascism, by the will of the Duce, every ideal, every institution, every Roman work returns to shine in the new Italy, and after the soldiersโ€™ epic enterprise in the African land, the Roman Empire rises again on the ruins of a barbaric empire. Such a miraculous event is represented in the speech of the great, from Dante to Mussolini, and in the documentation of so many events and works of Roman greatness.โ€

โ€œA new sunshine broke over the multitudes of our provinces. We could all breathe with full lungs. The brave effort of Fascism was now rising with the flood tide of its full efficiency. I was penning some editorials against representatives of the sceptics, I wrote: โ€œFascism is to-day in the first stage of its life: the one of Christ. Donโ€™t be in a hurry; the one of Saint Paul will come.โ€ I was certainly not moved by any mirage of personal power, nor by any other allurement, nor by a desire for egotistical political domination. I have always had a vision of life which was altruistic. I have groped in the dark of theories, but I groped not to relieve myself, but to bring something to others. I have fought, but not for my advantage, indirect or immediate. I have aimed for the supreme advantages of my nation. I desired finally that Fascism should rule Italy for her glory and her good fortune."

-Benito Mussolini, My Autobiography (1928)

Telephone recording between Mussolini and Hitler from 22 November 1944:

[Mussolini and Hitler speaking on the Allied criminal tactic of attacking civilian areas and monuments with aerial bombing]:

Hitler: โ€œBut there is something to be done: retaliatory measures! I am clear in my writing, Duceโ€

Mussolini: โ€œI too can find no other way out. We are forced to do it. How crazy these Anglo-Saxons are! They don't understand that this is how they dig their own grave, especially the English. Or do they believe that, with their hoped-for victory, they can block Bolshevism at the English Channel? That would be short-sighted.โ€

Hitler: โ€œThe English are not short-sighted, but blind! But don't they notice the Russian giant? Or can't they take it anymore?"

Mussolini: โ€œChurchill has already foreseen this danger for years. But (...) Fรผhrer, you know it"

Hitler: "Yes, I know, I know all the circumstances. But, Duce, believe me, this sword cuts on both sides. And as long as this is the case, we must not negotiate. Do you remember what I told you?"

Mussolini: โ€œI remember it and I continue to await your understanding. We must not miss this moment. Give me your trust!โ€

Hitler: โ€œYou have my trust, there's no doubt about it. However, if I ..." [communication ends and was never re-established].

"Another of Padre Pio's stories, which he used to lighten the mood of the people in the aftermath of the Second World War:

There was a man who would often complain to everyone he knew about politics, about the cheating and scheming, and the corruption of the government.

โ€” Ah, if Mussolini was here! If only he was alive, I'd do anything to talk to him about what happened to our political landscape after him!

One day, he heard a loud voice, although he didn't see who it came from.

โ€” If you want to talk to Mussolini, follow that road, follow the staircase and knock on the door. You'll get what you want.

The man saw a small road and, following it, found an abandoned staircase full of thorns and had a hard time knocking, since it was made of hot steel. A very ugly face appeared in a small opening.

โ€“ What do you want here? Don't you know these doors cannot be crossed by the body, but only by the spirit?

โ€” I'm after Benito Mussolini.

โ€” Get out, there's nobody of this name here.

The ugly face slammed the door shut, and man then followed the road, that got even smaller, and arrived at a marble staircase. He knocked on the fine wooden door, and an angelic face came to meet him.

โ€“ What do you seek? These doors are not supposed to be crossed by the body, but only by the spirit.

โ€” I'm after Benito Mussolini.

โ€” He's not here. Try asking further on the road.

The angelic man closed the door, and the man followed the road even further, until he found a golden staircase, embellished with velvet, and arrived at a semi opened gate, and peeked a verdant field of wonders. An old friendly man came to meet him. It was Saint Peter.

โ€“ What do you want here? Don't you know these doors cannot be crossed by the body, but only by the spirit?

โ€” I'm after Mussolini. I have been to hell and purgatory, and they told me to ask here.

Saint Peter looked at his registry.

โ€” Okay, let's look at the records. Who is this Mussolini you look for?

โ€” Benito, Benito Mussolini. The Duce of Fascism.

Saint Peter smiled.

โ€” Ah, the one who lived in Rome! He's not here yet. We have allowed him to live in the hearts of all Italians for a little longer."

โ€“Renzo Allegri ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡น | Padre Pio, un Santo tra Noi (1998)

โ€œ[When the] city dies, the nationย โ€“ deprived of the young life-blood of new generationsย โ€“ is now made up of people who are old and degenerate and cannot defend itself against a younger people which launches an attack on the now unguarded frontiers [...] This will happen, and not just to cities and nations, but on an infinitely greater scale: the whole White race, the Western race can be submerged by other coloured races which are multiplying at a rate unknown in our race."

-Benito Mussolini

โ€œEngland is the castle of the darkest plutocracy; and don't you find it strange that Russia should have made common cause with England? Don't you find it strange that the promised land of work, the worker's paradise, is allied with the capitalist's paradise?โ€

-Nicola Bombacci
